13 Jul Cofton Holiday Park
Coastal were lucky enough to be awarded a large project at a stunning, local holiday park. Based in Cofton, just past Starcross, the holiday park was looking to replace a vast number of windows and doors to their lovely holiday cottages and surrounding buildings.
The well-established site was looking to get rid of the existing timber windows, which had started to rot, and replace them with new A-rated casement windows. After lots of discussions, we concluded the best designs and styles for the different properties.
For the holiday cottages and the pub, they opted for rosewood on white windows with astragal bars whilst capping the internal sills. They also chose Flint 1 Solidor’s all with cottage handles and bullseye glass to complete the look.
For the offices, we installed dual light oak and matching Solidor’s but with straight astragal bars.
On the reception, we installed dual anthracite grey windows with satin glass to the bottom.
The windows consisted of round, arched and gable.
In total, we have installed 52 windows, 11 Solidors, 2 sets of French doors and 3 residential doors.
