We contacted Coastal 12 months ago to quote for our garden room extension in Torquay as we had used them previously to replace our windows which have been very good.
From the first contact with Gary Tucker the sales rep we have had an excellent experience. Our builder Jamie has been brilliant. Courteous, clean and tidy, professional and an excellent bricklayer! He was assisted due to the size of the construction by Tom and Mason who were also excellent and thorough.
The full length windows, ultraframe roof and skylight windows were all installed very professionally by Richard and Bradley who again were very conscientious and open to any questions and slight changes I requested. They did a brilliant job and were clean and tidy. The finished job has exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with the quality and standard of work. Everyone we have dealt with is a credit to the Coastal team and we would recommend them to anyone.

We have just had our two bay windows replaced. Excellent job by Simon and Callum. Friendly, efficient and very tidy. A mention for Dave Smith to who gave us all the information needed to help us 2 decide to go with Coastal. Would highly recommend this company to anyone, would certainly use them ourselves again.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service received from beginning to end: the helpful staff on my initial telephone enquiry, a prompt visit from the sales rep George with a competitive quote and no pressure, the surveyor visit and a confirmed booking date for installation of replacement window and doors. Then the magic happened. Simon and Callum have transformed my home which was in desperate need of an upgrade. They have done a fabulous job of fitting the windows and doors and all the trims and window sills truly look amazing. They kept the working areas very clean and tidy, loading up the old frames as they worked and hoovering up the debris. In fact you’d never know that they’d been at all except that I now have sparkling clear windows in place of my draughty old wooden ones. Thank you, from one very happy lady!

Callum and Robbie have just left and they've done a really good job. Ably supported by Elliot and Jack for the first couple of days, they've cracked on efficiently and left the place as they found it, the finish appears to be very good. There are a couple of bits to come and finish (one because we have some rendering, the other two are some additional keys, and the restrictors which were out of stock) - we've been assured they will return to fix these in the next couple of weeks. I'd definitely recommend based on our experience.

Lewis and Neil did a fantastic job renewing the roof on our en suite dressing room. Polite, fastidious with attention to detail. Always left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day’s work, the finished job is flawless. Thoroughly recommended the company and these two employees 👍🏻😊
